Since each item is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, size, finish, or design are a natural part of the craftsmanship and make every product unique. These variations are not considered defects.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed for dispatch, whichever occurs first.
- Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns (Within India)
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your Order ID along with clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The concern relates to minor variations in color, texture, size, finish, or design, which are inherent to handmade products.
- The item was purchased during a clearance sale or is marked as Non-Returnable.
3. International Returns
For international orders, returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect item was shipped.
Important Information
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unless the return is due to an error by OdishiCrafts, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any import/export charges.
- Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged only when:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The requested replacement is available in stock.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
- A similar product of equal value, or
- A full refund to the original payment method.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Online Payments
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds for COD orders will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after collecting the necessary banking details.

The following charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part:
- Original shipping charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges
- Expedited or express delivery charges
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID along with clear photographs or an unboxing video.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or process a refund.
7. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Every OdishiCrafts product is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. As a result, slight variations in:
- Color
- Texture
- Design placement
- Brush strokes
- Wood grain
- Fabric weave
- Dimensions
- Finish
are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be treated as manufacturing defects.
These unique variations enhance the authenticity and individuality of each handcrafted piece.
