The Kalinga Literary Festival 2025 in Bhubaneswar was a true celebration of creativity, heritage, and culture. Among the many meaningful moments during the festival, one that stood out for us was the visit by Rashmi Ranjan Parida, founder of the Kalinga Literary Festival and OdishaDiary.com, along with his wife Prachee Naik, founder of Odishicrafts and a passionate promoter of Odisha’s traditional arts.
We were honored to have this inspiring duo visit our stall, which proudly showcased authentic handcrafted products created by talented artisans from across Odisha. From intricate Pattachitra art to traditional home décor and heritage crafts, each item told a story of skill, tradition, and cultural richness.
Both Rashmi Ranjan Parida and Prachee Naik took a keen interest in the products on display. Their appreciation for the artisans’ work was genuine and heartfelt. With Prachee’s deep involvement in promoting Odisha’s crafts through Odishicrafts, her encouraging words carried special meaning for us and, more importantly, for the artisan communities we support.
Their visit was not only a proud moment for our team, but also a symbolic gesture of recognition for the hardworking artisans behind the products. It reminded everyone at the festival of the value of preserving traditional crafts and supporting local talent.
